WHO I AM
I’m Madison Neiswonger, a fourth year Dean’s list computer science senior at Oregon State University-Cascades. I’m currently located in beautiful Central Oregon and open to relocation along the west coast.
Bank of America Internship
During the summer, I had th opportunity to be a Software Engineering intern for Bank of America! I was selected among the top 1% of applicants and helped drive core technology infrastructure modernization. Durning my internship, I developing a systems insights dashboard to improving infrastructure visibility, and also lead a team of interns to build an AI-integrated workflow automation dashboard for merging branches to boosting operational efficiency. Conferences & Connections
I’ve attended multiple esteemed conferences across the country, thanks to my academics perseverance, of which include The Circle of Change Leadership Conference in LA, and the Grace Hopper Celebration in Chicago. I’ll be attending GHC 26 in Anaheim, and would love to connect!
Hacker Refactor
I’m the President of the computer science club on campus and an ACM-W Student Chapter Officer. I manage a club of over 50 members and organize events for students majoring in Computer Science. Our goal is to promote inclusion and supporting students’ career goals. This year, we’ll be sending students to conferences, helping with career prep, and build a stronger community in engineering for underrepresented groups.
